What You’ll Do

As the Sales & Business Development Lead - Thailand, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching and growing UNNI’s clinic network in Thailand. You will lead sales efforts, consult clinics on performance improvement, and establish the foundation for our Thai sales team.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and develop sales strategies for Thailand market entry.
  • Develop and own the end-to-end sales pipeline — from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and onboard local Thai aesthetic clinics to the UNNI platform.
  • Build strong relationships with partner clinics and provide growth consulting to help them succeed on our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure Thai clinics are properly represented in our app.
  • Hire, manage, and scale a high-performing local sales team as the business scales.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience of 5+ years in B2B sales.
  • Experience bringing high-potential accounts and successfully onboarding them.
  • Experience in performance consulting, account management, or business development.
  • Native Thai speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build things from scratch.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural startup environment.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in medical, beauty, tech, or platform companies.
  • Strong understanding of hospital/clinic sales, medical industry.
  • Korean language proficiency.

Work Policies

  • Location: Bangkok, Thailand (with occasional business trips to Seoul)
  • Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM KST (adjustable based on individual and team circumstances)
  • Probation period: 3 months (no differences in salary or support programs)
