Introducing the squad (team) you will join

  • Thailand Squad drives UNNI's expansion in the Thai domestic market - one of Southeast Asia's most active medical aesthetics markets.
  • We are building the foundational clinic network that connects Thai patients with trusted local providers on the UNNI platform.
  • This is a founding team role - you will work directly with the Thailand Lead with high ownership from day one and a clear path to grow as the team scales.



What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying and approaching high-potential aesthetic clinics to closing and onboarding them onto the UNNI platform
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and decision-makers across Thailand
  • Monitor partner performance and proactively drive growth, retention, and optimization
  • Feed market intelligence back into strategy, competitor tracking, clinic sentiment, and local insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless clinic partner experience



Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of owning and closing deals independently end-to-end
  • Strong network of Thailand’s clinic and hospital landscape
  • Fluent in Thai with a strong grasp of Thai business culture
  • Capable of smooth communication in English



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aesthetic, medical, beauty, tech, or platform businesses
  • Experience in a start-up company or cross-cultural team environment
  • Korean language proficiency is a plus

Recruitment Process

Document Review → 1st Interview (Offline) → 2nd Interview (Online/Offline) → Reference Check → Final Offer



Work Policies

  • Location: Bangkok, Thailand (with occasional business trips to Seoul)
  • Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM KST (adjustable based on individual and team circumstances)
  • Probation period: 3 months (no differences in salary or support programs)
