- Thailand Squad drives UNNI's expansion in the Thai market — growing at 23% month-over-month — from Korea inbound to the domestic Thai market.
- We establish and execute marketing strategies fitting the local culture and market, and provide optimized experiences for users in Thailand.
- Team members with diverse languages and cultural backgrounds are collaborating to deliver the value of UNNI service in the global market.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new UNNI Thailand users and drive service conversion (bookings/purchases).
- Analyze content performance data to iterate (A/B Test) and optimize for conversion.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end — from content direction and KPI setting to performance analysis.
- Design user acquisition funnels and plan content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience driving measurable business results (user acquisition, conversion, revenue) through online advertising or influencer marketing.
- Ability to analyze ad/content performance data and derive actionable improvements.
- Ability to plan and produce content in various formats (images, videos).
- Fluent in Thai with a deep understanding of the local culture.
- Capable of smooth communication in Korean or English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience related to beauty, lifestyle, or platform services.
- Experience working at a Korean company or in a startup environment.
- Experience analyzing SNS content performance and deriving data-driven improvements.
- Experience in global services or overseas-targeted marketing.
