A squad is a team gathered with a sense of purpose and awareness of issues. It is the most efficient and smallest unit of a team designed to solve problems.



💡What You’ll Experience and Learn

As a Digital Marketer in the Global Squad, you will target markets like Thailand in Southeast Asia, establishing marketing channels and strategies optimized for the region and creating localized content. Over time, you will design and execute marketing campaigns suitable for various cultures and languages, gaining invaluable challenges and achievements as UNNI evolves into the global leader in medical beauty services.


📍What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for a successful entry into the Thai market.
  • Plan and create advertising content to attract new Thai users.
  • Manage and analyze performance on social media channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute effective global campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze global market trends and benchmark competitors.


📍Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or global service operations.
  • Ability to plan and create content in Thai.
  • Someone unafraid of new experiments and innovative thinking.
  • Someone who can communicate and work effectively in English (or Korean).
  • A team player who values collaboration and communicates openly yet respectfully.


📍Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asian culture and markets, particularly Thailand.
  • Experience planning or executing marketing campaigns targeting the Thai market.
  • Background in the medical beauty or related industries.
  • Proficiency in data-driven advertising analysis and content optimization.
  • Experience in SEO-based content planning and performance analysis.

  • 1-week Initial housing assistance for those relocating internationally


🧑‍🤝‍🧑Work Policies

  • Working hours: 10 AM KST (adjustable based on individual and team circumstances)
  • Probation period: 3 months (no differences in salary or support programs)

  • Office work is the default arrangement.
  • However, remote work is possible for employees residing overseas.
  • The work arrangement will be discussed and decided upon joining.
